How I Spent My HolidayThe first time I tried to write an essay, I had never tried to do essay writing before. I started out with a list of things I wanted to learn on. After awhile I got to the end of my list and realized that I was trying to write an essay on my holidays. Oh, well, it's the thought that counts right?My first time planning a holiday trip, I got home in time for Christmas, only to find out that the family had decided to spend the week at Disney World. So here I was headed back to California and everything changed. I spent the first day learning all about the Holidays at the theme parks. It was a bit overwhelming and I managed to take a nap and fall asleep in the afternoon.I woke up with a twinge of guilt and went shopping for some vacation. The next few days were a blur as I tried to prepare for my vacation. By the last day I was too busy to write an essay. Luckily, we pulled off a great vacation and I decided to spend a few days alone in a spa, while my family went o ut to dinner.I had only planned a week away but was back to my normal life before the Holidays. There was nothing left to do, except relax and enjoy myself. Then it happened. I received an email from a friend who said that he and his wife had finally decided to take a long weekend.I thought it was a good use of time to plan a weekend away. We never really had enough time to plan a trip this long before. But we did take a long weekend and it worked out very well. But I had something to say to them. 'Do you know what the holiday season is like without me?'An essay is not the best way to express a difficult idea. Writing an essay is a stressful activity that I would much rather put to one side for a few days and relax instead.Essay writing isn't an option. It is a regular chore that I do not like doing. The best time to plan a holiday is before the holidays, so that we can see where we are going and plan a trip around that. Holiday trips are best planned before the holidays because the n we have time to think about the overall trip and how to make it work.Holiday time is a time to be together with your family. During the Holidays it is better to just enjoy each other than to worry about what to do and try to figure it out. And if you do decide to go out and plan a trip after the holidays, there is no need to take any advice from someone who has never tried to do an essay.
